Nestlé, the world`s largest food and beverage company, is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Specialist to join our team in Georgia for a temporary assignment focused on a major SAP Implementation Project. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the financial transformation of Nestlé in Caucasus region, focusing on Record to Report (R2R) processes, financial controlling, and system validation.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Closing:

** P&L and Balance Sheet: Manage the monthly closing of P&L accounts, ensuring proper recognition of revenues, costs, and accruals in line with accounting standards. Perform P&L account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
** Management Reporting: Prepare and deliver financial reports for local management, providing insights into performance, variances, and trends.
** Forecasting: Participate in the preparation and consolidation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and revisions.

Cost Controlling & Pricing:

** Pricing Management: Calculate and analyze Nestlé prices, competitor prices, and regional pricing. Prepare pricing analysis, propose updates, and enter approved prices into the system.
** Accruals & Allocation: Monitor primary costs and prepare accruals. Execute cost center allocations based on defined drivers.
** Profitability Analysis: Allocate costs and margins to materials and customers to support detailed profitability analysis. Manage Post of Goods Sold (COGS) entries and forecasting.

Treasury & Payables:

** Cash Flow: Perform monthly updates of cash-flow reporting and define payment schedules.
** Invoice Management: Manage distributor`s invoices, act creation, and discrepancies check. Control supplier invoices and oversee final payments.
** Currency: Perform foreign currency revaluation and reclassification to reflect accurate balances.

SAP Project Implementation:

** E2E Validation: Actively participate in End-to-End (E2E) process description, alignment, and validation.
** Testing: Execute Market Acceptance Tests (MAT) and validate system behavior.
** Procedures: Update financial procedures and guidelines based on new system requirements.
** Collaboration: Participate in project WOR (Weekly Operational Reviews) and MOR (Monthly Operational Reviews).

Required Qualifications:

** University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
** Proven experience in Finance, R2R, or Controlling (experience with SAP is a strong advantage).
** Strong understanding of financial principles (P&L, Balance Sheet, Accruals, COGS). • Advanced MS Excel skills, experience with Power BI is a plus.
** Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.
** Fluency in Georgian, Russian, and English.
