Fitpass Club is a strategic initiative that extends the Fitpass ecosystem beyond fitness, connecting users with exclusive offers across a diverse network of physical locations. The program brings together retail stores, tourism companies, wellness providers and a broad range of lifestyle and service-based businesses, creating added value for both users and partners.
Fitpass Club bridges in-app discovery with offline activation through QR validation, supporting meaningful partner engagement while generating actionable insights to refine collaboration models.
Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced, relationship-focused Partnetships Specialist to support the development of Fitpass Club. This role is centered on managing and growing long-term partnerships, improving commercial offers, expanding partner assortments, and identifying new growth opportunities.This is a full-time, middle-level position suited for a professional who is comfortable leading negotiations, thinking strategically, and actively contributing ideas to improve our partner ecosystem.
What you`ll do:
** Manage and develop relationships with existing Fitpass Club and Sports Partners, and proactively source and onboard new partner businesses.
** Identify, onboard and activate new partners and clients for Fitpass Club, expanding new services and categories.
** Take ownership of dealmaking, negotiations and offer development, creating creative, win-win solutions for both partners and our customers.
** Monitor and evaluate the performance of partners and offers, assessing engagement and overall program effectiveness.
** Analyze usage data and market demand. Identify which types of activities and venues perform best, and target similar partners for future collaboration.
** Proactively suggest new ideas, directions and improvements for Fitpass Club and its partnership models.
** Collaborate closely with internal Commercial and Marketing teams to support partner growth and successful execution.
Qualifications:
** Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, partnerships, or account management.
** Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive attitude.
** Strong communication and presentation skills.
** Ability to work independently and take ownership of results.
** Experience in fitness, wellness, healthcare, or service-related industries is an advantage.
** Proficiency in English is required.
