The Association of Georgian Virtual Zone Persons is looking for an initiative-driven, communicative, and responsible professional eager to grow within Georgia`s IT ecosystem.
This role is designed as a long-term cooperation with clear potential for growth in responsibilities, influence, and compensation based on performance and results.
Key Responsibilities:
** Build and maintain strong relationships with existing member companies
** Coordinate the process of attracting new members and partners
** Participate in outreach activities: calls, correspondence, follow-ups, professional communication
** Planning engagement events and promoting an organization`s mission.
** Support communication between the Association, partners, and IT companies
Requirements:
** Good communication, organization and interpersonal skills in English and Georgian (Russian is a plus)
** Bachelor`s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field (or current student)
** Experience in sales, partnerships, coordination or client relations (B2B is a plus)
** Proactive, organized, responsible, and result-oriented mindset
What We Offer:
** Fixed monthly salary: 800 GEL net plus performance-based bonuses
** Part-time, flexible schedule (approximately 3 hours per day) — focus on results, not on hours
** Location: Tbilisi, Partly Remote
