Our team is expanding rapidly and we are looking for Invoicing Specialist!
Main tasks:
** Preparation and verification of transportation documentation for invoicing in the corporate ERP system;
** Issuing single and consolidated (group) invoices in the ERP system;
** Monitoring the accuracy of tax calculations and correcting any errors;
** Cooperation with the company`s regional offices to reconcile data.

We are on the same track if:
** You are a confident PC user (MS Office) and can work with large amounts of data while meeting deadlines;
** You speak Russian (С1) and English (A2 or higher); German or other languages - it will be your advantage.
** Ready to work full time from Monday to Friday from the office.
** If you have experience in accounting/invoicing or logistics it will be an advantage;
** You are attentive to details, accurate, responsible, and stress-resistant;
Salary: 1750 GEL net per month
Payments: once a month
Location: Tbilisi
