Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site position located in Tbilisi for a Mid Full-Stack Engineer, with some flexibility of hybrid role - but we do love coming to the office. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of Quissly`s modules. You will collaborate with the rest of the team to implement new features, improve system performance, and ensure seamless integration of our solutions. Additionally, you will contribute to the ongoing improvement of development best practices and maintain clean, efficient, and scalable code.
Qualifications:
** At least 1yr of experience in full-stack development including both front-end and backend, including relevant internships or personal projects.
** Solid understanding of software development fundamentals, including OOP, RESTful APIs, Git, version control workflows, and basic system design concepts.
** Hands-on experience with React, including component-based architecture, props, state management, and Zustand (Next.js is a plus).
** Basic back-end development experience using Python frameworks such as Django and/or FastAPI.
** Familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
** In-depth knowledge of Software Development principles, agile methodologies, and version control systems.
** Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code while adhering to best practices.
** Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges.
** Some understanding and experience of breaking a project down into smaller tasks and creating an executable plan with realistic timelines.
