General Manager - Premium Personal Care Brand (B2C & B2B)
About the Role
We are looking for an entrepreneurial and commercially driven General Manager to lead a fast-growing premium personal care brand operating in the B2C segment with expanding B2B opportunities.
This role offers full P&L ownership, brand leadership, and the opportunity to scale a lifestyle brand with strong emotional connection to customers.
The business operates physical retail stores in prime shopping destinations and is actively developing corporate gifting and B2B partnerships. The General Manager will play a key role in shaping brand strategy, retail excellence, and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
** Define and execute the overall brand and commercial strategy aligned with business objectives
** Lead and optimize retail operations across multiple physical stores, ensuring strong sales performance and premium customer experience
** Develop and scale the B2B channel, including corporate gifting and customized solutions
** Oversee sales planning, forecasting, and performance management
** Manage product assortment, pricing strategy, and inventory planning
** Drive marketing initiatives in collaboration with internal and external partners
** Build, lead, and inspire cross-functional teams (retail, sales, marketing, operations)
** Own budgeting, financial performance, margin optimization, and cost control
** Monitor market trends and consumer insights to inform strategic decisions
** Provide regular performance reporting to senior leadership
Requirements:
** Proven experience in a senior management role within retail, FMCG, beauty, or lifestyle brands
** Strong commercial mindset with hands-on experience in B2C sales and retail operations
** Experience developing B2B sales channels is a strong advantage
** Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities
** Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
** Ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
