KPMG Georgia is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist - People Department.

Location: Tbilisi, Georgia
Position overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
** Lead full-cycle recruitment for various roles
** Conduct active sourcing and headhunting for specialized talent
** Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions
** Organize and conduct interviews and examinations (when needed)
** Conduct reference checks and support offer negotiations
** Develop and manage the employer branding materials and communication platform in line with the corporate guidelines
** Participate in organizing recruitment events, job fairs, and university partnerships
** Maintain high-quality, consistent experience for all candidates
** Prepare onboarding schedules and coordinate with internal teams
** Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure smooth early-stage integration
** Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools.
What we look for:
** 2-3 years of hands-on recruitment experience in a fast-paced corporate environment (desirable in the international company)
** University degree (honors diploma, MBA, BBA desirable)
** Fluent in English and Georgian; Knowledge of Russian will be an asset
** Readiness for intensive work and learning
** Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
** Strong employer branding mindset and experience creating or assisting with content for social media/careers pages
** Excellent communication and stakeholder management
** People oriented and team player
** Good time management and problem-solving skills
** Computer skills - good knowledge of office software.
