We`re hiring a Procurement Specialist to help us build the future of iGaming.
Requirements
** Experience in procurement, supply chain, or related fields (IT procurement experience is a strong advantage).
** Basic understanding of IT vendor field (emphasis on the software).
** Ability to multitask and manage multiple procurement requests simultaneously.
** Strong attention to details and organizational skills.
** Experience of work in enterprise with well-organized processes.
Key Responsibilities:
** Handle purchasing of the company`s operational goods.
** Work with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure timely delivery.
** Identify, evaluate and negotiate with vendors on price, quality, reliability, and service standards.
** Maintain inventory and stock of assets and oversee the lifecycle of equipment (purchase, allocation, replacement).
** Manage procurement of goods, including physical items, Software, SaaS tools, subscriptions, and license renewals etc.
** Track and update documentation for software licenses and ensure compliance.
** Participate in enhancement of procurement processes, including vendor assessment procedures, compliance, reporting etc.
