Insurance Company Unison is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of IT initiatives - from business requirements and planning to implementation and post-go-live support. You will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and infrastructure teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
** Manage the full project life cycle for IT projects (planning, execution, monitoring, delivery, and closure)
** Translate business requirements into clear, actionable tasks for technical teams
** Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource plans
** Lead daily/weekly status meetings, track progress, and remove roadblocks
** Manage scope, risks, issues, and changes, and keep stakeholders informed
** Coordinate work between internal teams (development, infrastructure, QA, security, operations) and external vendors
** Prepare and present project status reports and dashboards for management
** Ensure appropriate testing, documentation, and training before go-live
** Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and standards
Required Qualifications & Experience:
** Bachelor`s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
** 1+ years of experience in IT project management or a similar role
** Proven experience managing projects in software / web / mobile development
** Understanding of project management methodologies
** Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, MS Project act.
** Strong technical understanding of Software Development Life Cycle, environments (dev/test/prod), APIs/integrations; Basic concepts in databases, networks, or cloud
** Communication skills in Georgian, English and Russian
** Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
** Demonstrated stakeholder management skills: ability to work with business users, IT teams, and senior management
