Avorix is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Sales Representative.
Location: Tbilisi, Georgia (on site).
Work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM EST (4 PM - 1 AM Tbilisi time).
Salary: 2200 GEL per month + 10% commission.
Total potential earnings: Up to GEL 6, 000+ per month for top performers.

We are an American auto transport company helping dealerships, auctions, fleets, wholesalers, and individual customers move vehicles across the United States. Our team combines logistics experience with modern technology to deliver fast, reliable, and professional shipping services.
We are expanding our sales team in Tbilisi and looking for a driven Sales Representative who can confidently make outbound calls, build relationships, and grow our client network in the U.S. market.

What you will do
** Make 100+ outbound calls per day to new prospects in the U.S.
** Achieve a minimum of 90 minutes of talk time daily (both metrics required).
** Identify and qualify new leads, including dealerships, dealer groups, wholesalers, auctions, and insurance companies.
** Build long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering the right transport solutions.
** Use the company CRM to log calls, track leads, schedule follow-ups, and maintain updated client information.
** Work with the sales team to reach monthly and quarterly sales targets.
** Stay informed about the auto transport market, competitor pricing, and industry trends.
** Coordinate with the operations team to ensure clients receive a smooth, professional shipping experience.
What you need
** A 1 year of sales experience with U.S. customers (preferable).
** Fluent English C1-C2 level (with a clear, near-American accent preferable).
** Proven ability to generate leads, close sales, and build strong client relationships.
** Excellent communication skills, especially on the phone.
** Organized and comfortable managing many leads at once.
** Self-motivated, persistent, and goal driven.
** Strong follow-through and ability to work with daily performance metrics.
** Ability to understand client needs and offer the right solutions.
