About the Role
Digital Elites FZE LLC is hiring English-speaking Call Center Agents for outbound calls to the US market.
You will call Property Managers and Tenant Coordinators in US real estate companies and build referral relationships with them.
Your main goal:
When new tenants move into apartments or houses, these partners will refer them to us for Internet, Cable TV, and Home Phone setup support.
We provide:
** Lead lists
** Scripts and training
** A clear outreach process
You just need to speak good English and be confident on the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
** Make outbound calls to property managers and tenant managers in the US
** Explain how their new tenants can get easy setup for Internet, TV, and Home Phone
** Build and maintain professional referral relationships
** Follow up with interested partners
** Record all calls, notes, and status updates in the CRM
** Work with the team to hit monthly referral targets
Requirements:
** Advanced English speaking skills (you will speak only in English)
** Experience in call center, outbound sales, or US market is a big advantage
** Confident speaking on the phone with professionals
** Clear and polite communication style
** Basic computer skills (email, CRM / data entry)
** Responsible, organized, and punctual
** Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude
Compensation & Benefits:
** Base Salary: 1500-1700 GEL (net)
** Performance Commission: With good performance, you can earn up to 2000-2500 GEL total per month

Work Schedule:
** Night Shift (aligned with US time zones)
** Monday to Friday - office-based role in Tbilisi
