We`re looking for a proactive Customer Support Specialist to join our team and help provide top-notch support to our players while we build and grow our client base.

Job Title: Customer Support Specialist (Junior/Mid-Level)
Location: Remote / Tbilisi

Role Overview:As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our players, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth gaming experience. As our start-up grows, you may also be assigned various adhoc tasks to help support different areas of the business while we establish a pipeline of support requests.

Key Responsibilities:

** Respond promptly and professionally to player inquiries via email, chat, and other channels.
** Troubleshoot and resolve common account, technical, and payment issues.
** Document issues, solutions, and player feedback in support systems.
** Assist in building processes and FAQs to improve support efficiency.
** Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to resolve cross-functional issues.
** Take on adhoc tasks as needed to support the business while the client base and support pipeline grow.

Requirements:

** 1-3 years of experience in customer support, preferably in iGaming.
** Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
** Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think on your feet.
** Comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
** Basic familiarity with support software, CRM tools, or ticketing systems is a plus.
** Willingness to take on varied tasks and adapt as the company grows.
** Upper-Intermediate English
** Proficiency in additional languages is a plus
