Unique project Tbilisi Hills Golf & Residences is looking for experienced Procurement Specialist.
Location: Krtsanisi district area, Tbilisi, Georgia
About us:
Our team develops the largest unique real estate project in Tbilisi, which has no analogs in the Caucasus region. The project covers 331 hectares of land able to host 10, 000 residents, includes exclusive land plots and premium apartments with spectacular views from a bird`s eye view, and also an 18-hole European Top100 golf course and fine dining restaurant with a terrace. The complex will include a wide range of recreational and leisure facilities, 5-star brand hotel and leisure club.

Position profile
Due to the growth of construction activity we are looking for experienced specialist to strengthen our procurement. We will be glad to meet with a person who pays enough attention to details, good in numbers, proactive and is driven by achievement of results.
Communication and multitasking skills as well as sense of responsibility and accuracy are key factors to be successful in this position. If you think you posses such key skills feel free to apply and join our flagship project.
What Will You Be Doing?
** Work closely with team members
** Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases
** Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers/service providers
** Search for new suppliers and contractors including foreign ones
** Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, offers, delivery and price options
** Negotiate the best pricing and contract terms
** Prepare and publish tenders, assess offers and provide summary to stakeholders for decision making
** Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data
** Create purchase orders and control the purchase cycle
** Maintain and control execution of approved project budgets, incl in the FMG module
** Actively participate in FMG procurement modules implementation and improvement
** Maintain and update supplier`s database, their qualifications, delivery terms
** Monitor market in search of new suppliers and better conditions
** Contribute into improvement of supply chain, tendering and procurement procedures
Skills and Experience Required
** Bachelor degree in business administration, construction or equivalent field
** Good understanding of procurement process and BoQ structure
** Procurement experience in construction or related industries
** Ability to understand well BoQs structure
** Working experience in construction field will be plus
** Ability to negotiate and administer contracts
** Ability to analyze data, solve problems and find solutions
** Good communication skills
** Good verbal and written communication skills in English
** Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time efficiently
** Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
** Experience with FMG software will be plus
** Accurate, responsible with precise attention to details
** Ability to collaborate well with colleagues at all levels incl senior management
** Goal-oriented team player
