Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and strategic Corporate Sales & Business Development Manager to lead our commercial growth.
This role combines hands-on sales execution with the development of long-term business strategies that will drive revenue and partnerships.
You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing sales strategies, developing corporate partnerships, and leading the commercial direction of Borbolo`s products and advertising platform.
Key Responsibilities
** Develop and execute comprehensive sales and business development strategies for both B2B markets.
** Identify, approach, and close partnerships with corporate clients, agencies, and business organizations.
** Create and manage structured sales plans, pricing strategies, and promotional offers.
** Conduct negotiations and formalize agreements (including MoUs and commercial contracts).
** Monitor performance metrics, generate reports, and adjust strategies to ensure sales targets are met.
** Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to align commercial goals with product capabilities.
** Represent Borbolo at business meetings, conferences, and partner events.
Qualifications
** 3-5 years of proven experience in corporate sales, business development, or account management.
** Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
** Demonstrated ability to design and manage sales processes, from lead generation to deal closure.
** Strategic and analytical mindset with a focus on results and long-term growth.
** Proactive leadership style and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
** Fluency in Georgian and English (written and spoken).
** Experience in mobility, automotive, or digital technology industries will be considered a strong advantage.
