We`re looking for a design lead who will help shape and evolve the company`s visual language. You`ll create bold, stylish, and memorable materials for digital channels — and occasionally for print. Your mission is to bring together all of the company`s visual communications into a cohesive system — from marketing creatives and brand books to HR merchandise and sales presentations. You`ll lead a team of three designers, while also collaborating with the broader design department (animators, illustrators) to bring creative ideas to life. Role Mission to build a strong and daring visual brand for the company`s three business directions — setting high standards of quality and helping the brand stand out in the market. Your goal is to unite the graphic design team into a single creative force, explore unconventional and visually sophisticated solutions, and shape the company`s visual direction together with the Chef of Design.
