We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SEO Project Manager or Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at Rankplan!
1000GEL - 2000++ GEL monthly salary.

his is an exciting opportunity to lead impactful SEO and digital marketing strategies exciting international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
** Strategize and Execute: Develop, manage, and execute comprehensive SEO and or digital marketing strategies for our clients, covering technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content strategy.
** Project Leadership: Oversee the entire SEO project lifecycle, ensuring all deliverables are met on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
** Coordination & Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact, coordinating effectively with internal teams (content, development, design) and external teams.
** Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc., providing actionable insights and recommendations.
** Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to project management processes and SEO workflows to enhance efficiency and results.
** Sales and Solutions: Win new accounts and consult leads on their strategy with gap analysis and challenger sales methodology.
Required Qualifications & Experience
We are looking for candidates with a strong background in one or more of the following areas:
** SEO/SEM
** Digital Marketing/Online Marketing
** Marketing/Advertising
** Social Media Management
** Media Sales or other sales
** Project Management in a digital environment
** Remote work
Essential Skills:
** Proven Project Management experience, preferably in a digital marketing or agency setting.
** Deep understanding of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO.
** Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
** Fluent English and excellent written grammar are mandatory for this role.
** Proficiency with common SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GSC, SEMrush/Ahrefs), AI tools and other state-of-the art tools and services.
Nice to Have (A Plus):
** PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications.
** Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
** Additional languages (fluency in any language other than English).
