Bloomex is pleased to announce an opening for the position of On-page SEO Team Lead.
We`re seeking an experienced On-Page SEO Team Lead to manage and mentor our on-page SEO team while driving technical excellence across multiple projects. This role combines hands-on SEO expertise with team leadership, requiring someone who can both execute strategic optimization work and develop talent within the team.

Reports To: Head of Digital Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management
** Lead, mentor, and develop a team of on-page SEO specialists;
** Distribute project workloads effectively and monitor team performance;
** Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and skills development sessions;
** Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous improvement;
** Establish quality standards and best practices across all SEO deliverables;
Strategic SEO Execution
** Oversee on-page optimization strategies across multiple websites;
** Conduct comprehensive SEO audits;
** Develop and implement content optimization strategies aligned with keyword research and user intent;
** Optimize meta tags, headers, internal linking structures, and schema markup;
** Monitor Core Web Vitals and collaborate with development teams on technical improvements;
** Stay current with search engine algorithm updates and adjust strategies accordingly;
Project & Stakeholder Management
** Manage multiple concurrent projects with varying timelines and requirements;
** Communicate SEO recommendations clearly to internal stakeholders & SEO Manager;
** Coordinate with content, development, and design teams to implement optimization initiatives;
** Prepare detailed reports showcasing performance metrics, progress, and actionable insights;
Required Qualifications:
Experience & Skills:
** 4+ years of hands-on experience in on-page and technical SEO;
** Experience in team leadership or management;
** Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal);
** Proven track record in managing multiple SEO projects simultaneously across different industries;
** Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices;
** Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms;
** Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website architecture fundamentals;
** Experience with Google Analytics, data analysis & reporting;
Leadership & Soft Skills:
** Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
** Excellent communication skills;
** Strong organizational and time management capabilities
** Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
** Ability to work effectively and meet deadlines
