Gl School, a modern and growing English Language Centre in Georgia, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Native English Speaking Teacher to join our team. We are looking for an individual who is dedicated to developing our students` confidence and fluency in real-world English.
Location: Tbilisi, Georgia
Position Details:
** Schedule: Part-Time (approx. 2-3 hours per day, 5-6 days per week). Ideal for those seeking flexible hours.
** Compensation: Competitive and High Salary, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
** Start Date: November 2025
Key Responsibilities:
** Your primary focus will be to create an immersive and engaging environment that significantly improves our students` speaking and listening skills.
** Plan and deliver high-quality, communicative lessons focused on conversational fluency, pronunciation, and active listening.
** Encourage dynamic classroom interaction and group work to maximize student speaking time.
** Provide constructive, immediate feedback on language use and conversational flow.
** Adapt lessons to various student levels (A2 to C1) and needs.
** Track student progress and report on conversational development.
Requirements:
** Native English Speaker
** Recognised teaching qualification (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is highly preferred.
** Proven experience teaching English, with a strong focus on communicative methods.
** Excellent interpersonal and classroom management skills.
** Must be enthusiastic and reliable.
