Mr. Fencee Inc. is a Canadian fencing company specializing in the supply and installation of high-quality residential, commercial, and industrial fencing solutions. Based in Canada and proudly serving local communities for over eight years, the company offers a wide range of products including chain-link, wood, vinyl, ornamental iron, and custom fencing systems.
We are seeking a highly organized Senior Project Operations Manager.
Role objective
Run jobs end to end so installs start and finish on the dates promised, with materials and locates ready, zero preventable crew idle time, and clean documents.
What you will do:
** Schedule installs: set start and finish, assign crew, publish and maintain the Outlook calendar. Move dates early if materials, locates, GC release, or weather change.
** Order materials: build BOM from scope or layout, place POs, secure written promise dates, track status until received or confirmed to the hour.
** Run logistics: book deliveries or pickups, send unload instructions, confirm tailgate or forklift, collect packing slips or photo proof, log receipt, stage by job.
** Manage locates: submit Ontario One Call with clear dig map, track member responses, book site meets, submit relocates before expiry, file final locate PDFs before digging.
** Make the site ready: book surveyor if needed, book rentals and correct attachments, arrange bins, request and track shop drawings and approvals, verify permits or HOA approvals.
** Keep systems current the same day: Monday status, dates, POs, deliveries, payments. Outlook events with attachments. OneDrive folder with full file set.
** Attach documents to the job: layout, locate request and final sheets, PO PDFs and vendor confirmations, rental confirmations, shop drawings and approvals, permits, packing slips and photos.
Coordinate with clients:
** Residential, confirm date, access, payment three to five days out and day before.
** Commercial, confirm area release, site rules, inductions, billing cutoffs with GC PM and site super.
** Daily control: scan 10 business days ahead for risks, create tasks in Monday with owner and due date, close loops.
Tools you will use: Monday.com, Outlook Calendar, OneDrive, Zoom Phone, Excel or Google Sheets.
Must have:
** Three to five years running project operations or scheduling in construction, trades, field services, or logistics.
** Strong English speaking and writing. You will call and email North American clients and vendors.
** Proven ownership of schedule, materials, and logistics at the same time.
** BOM and PO experience, multi vendor coordination, calendar control, clean file management.
** Analytical, organized, direct, honest. You surface problems early with options.
Nice to have:
** Experience with any One Call or 811 locate process.
** Work with GC project managers and site supers.
** Equipment rental timing and attachments, auger sizes, working heights for lifts.
** Shop drawing submittals and approvals.
** How success is measured
** On time starts and finishes.
** Materials ready before Day 1, received or confirmed to the hour.
** Locate validity covers the full dig window.
** Zero preventable crew idle time.
** Client confirmations and payment plans sent on time.
** Files complete and current in OneDrive and Monday, calendar attachments correct.
Working conditions:
** Remote.
** Hours: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM Georgian time, Monday to Friday.
** Quiet workspace, reliable high speed internet, modern laptop, webcam and headset.

Probationary Period: 6 months
Compensation:
During probation: 3, 500 GEL per month
After probation: 4, 000 GEL per month
