JV Azfen Georgia Branch is pleased to announce vacancy of HSE Officer.
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
** Should follow internal and international Health and Safety policy and be required to have full knowledge of local and international norms, laws, decrees about Health and Safety.
** Responsible for all health and safety activities on site.
** Implementing health and safety policies/strategies
** Ensuring that tools and equipment is used correctly/safely
** Making regular site inspections
** Establish good communication between the Client/Contractor and Employer.
** Providing health and safety toolbox meetings for employees;
** participate in Investigating/recording incidents, accidents, complaints, and cases of ill health;
** Writing reports.
** Undertaking risk assessments
** Identifying potential hazards
** Determining ways of reducing risks
** Liaising with relevant authorities
** attending health and safety meetings
** Assist in HSE tasks/projects as required.
Requirements:
** Minimum 2 years` experience in HS position.
** Possess certification of local HS requirement.
** Understands and communicates clearly in Georgian and English.
** Good MS Office skills particularly in Excel, Words and Power point.
