About the Role

We are looking for a versatile Data Scientist to drive data-informed decision-making across our operations. This role goes beyond traditional modeling — it`s about uncovering actionable insights, building analytical frameworks, and linking every business initiative (marketing, customer service, payments, product changes, etc.) to measurable outcomes.

As a key member of the data team, you will partner with teams across the organization to understand player behavior, optimize marketing effectiveness, enhance user engagement, and guide strategic decisions that maximize ROI and customer lifetime value.

Job Description & Key Responsibilities:

** Business Insight & Performance Measurement
- Identify opportunities to improve business performance through data-driven insights.
- Develop metrics, dashboards, and analytical frameworks to measure business initiatives across teams (Marketing, CS, Payments, Product).
- Quantify the impact of campaigns, promotions, and product changes on player engagement and revenue.
** Product & Marketing Analytics
- Analyze user behavior on web and mobile platforms to improve user engagement and retention.
- Support A/B testing design, execution, and interpretation for new features and marketing experiments.
- Evaluate marketing effectiveness and attribution to connect marketing spend with customer value and ROI.
** Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to define hypotheses and translate data findings into business strategies.
- Serve as a bridge between data science, business intelligence, and operational teams to ensure insights are actionable.
** Advanced Analytics & Modeling
- Develop predictive and statistical models to forecast trends, identify churn, and personalize user experiences.
- Leverage data to detect anomalies, fraudulent activities, and behavioral shifts.
- Explore automation and machine learning solutions to streamline reporting and enhance decision-making.
** Data Storytelling & Communication
- Communicate insights clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
- Advocate for data-driven culture across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor`s or Master`s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into business value.
- Proficiency in SQL and scripting language (Python).
- Experience with data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) to build dashboards and reports.
- Understanding of A/B testing, marketing analytics, and user behavior analytics.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.

Plus Points:

** Familiarity with machine learning or AI frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
** Experience applying predictive modeling, recommendation systems, or marketing optimization.
** Exposure to automation tools, NLP, or anomaly detection in business intelligence.
** Interest in exploring GenAI or large language models (LLMs) to improve business intelligence and reporting automation.
** Prior experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online gaming/gambling analytics.
