Position Summary
Tbilisi Medical Academy (TMA) is seeking a motivated and well-organised Project Manager to coordinate the implementation of an institutional project (Digi-CHange: Digital Transformation and Curriculum Development for Healthcare Teams, Erasmus+ CBHE). The role focuses on ensuring effective coordination, partner communication, progress monitoring, and support for the realization of project-specific activities in collaboration with academic and technical teams.
Type: Part-time, project-based
Main Responsibilities:
** Coordinate daily project activities and deliverables at TMA.
** Facilitate collaboration between academic, technical, and partner teams involved in the project.
** Support the organisation of trainings, workshops, study visits, and peer-learning events.
** Ensure effective communication and documentation of project progress.
** Prepare meeting materials, minutes, and progress summaries.
** Track implementation milestones and collect evidence for deliverables.
** Support dissemination, visibility, and capacity-building activities within TMA.
Qualifications
Essential:
** PhD degree in medicine, public health, education, life sciences, biomedicine, social sciences, or a related field.
** Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
** Strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills.
Desirable:
** Experience in national and international projects.
** Understanding of academic governance processes.
