Salary: 2000 GEL (net) + bonuses
Location: Saburtalo (on-site)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM (Georgia time)
Transportation: Company-provided taxi after each shift
Language Requirement: English (spoken and written)

About the Role:
As a Sales Representative, you`ll be responsible for scheduling Zoom meetings with U.S.-based attorneys interested in our services. You`ll be the first step in connecting law firms with potential clients through our proven lead-generation system.
At first, you`ll focus on scheduling meetings for our closers. Once you gain experience and confidence, you`ll have the opportunity to close deals independently, increasing both your income and career growth potential.
This is a full-time, on-site role best suited for strong communicators who are comfortable working evening hours (6 PM - 2 AM Georgia time).
Key Responsibilities:
** Schedule and coordinate Zoom meetings with attorneys.
** Present our services clearly and professionally.
** Keep accurate records of calls, meetings, and leads.
** Support closers with scheduling and follow-ups.
** Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.
** Build and maintain strong, professional client relationships.
Bonus System & Growth Opportunities:
** Earn 3.5% commission in USD on each sale you contribute to.
** Once you begin closing deals independently, your commission percentage increases.
** High performers are regularly promoted to Senior Sales or Closer positions.
** All promotions are internal — dedication and performance are always rewarded.
Ideal Candidate:
** Fluent English speaker (B2 level or higher).
** Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
** Organized, responsible, and ambitious.
** Comfortable working Monday-Friday, 6 PM - 2 AM.
** Previous sales or client communication experience is a plus, but not required.
