About the role
We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our team, bringing both recruitment expertise and industry knowledge from fields such as IT, Engineering, or Finance. You will manage full recruitment cycles, advise clients and candidates, and support hiring activities across the DACH region.
This role suits an experienced recruiter or a career shifter with strong market understanding who wants to build a long-term career in recruitment and talent consulting.
Your responsibilities
** Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: briefing, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer management.
** Act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates, sharing market insights and best practices.
** Build and maintain a strong network within your specialization (IT, Engineering, Finance, etc.).
** Collaborate closely with account management and sales teams to ensure successful placements.
** Continuously improve recruitment methods and enhance candidate experience.
Your profile
** Fluent in English (spoken and written); German is a strong plus.
** Proven experience in recruitment, or solid background in IT, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
** Experience with placements in the DACH region is a strong asset.
** Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
** Curious, proactive, and passionate about connecting people and opportunities.
