FLO Georgia LLC is a beneficiary with 100% of FLO Mağazacılık ve Pazarlama A.Ş. The Group has several brands of its own such as Kinetix, Lumberjack, Polaris - mostly daily wear and sport product.
Besides it is own shoe brands, Group is doing with global brands such as, Adidas, Nike, Puma, and so on. Even though the majority of the products are shoe, and footwear, the company is also selling textile products to the final costumers. Including Franchise and incorporation, FLO has over 650 stores at worldwide level, mainly in Turkey, Europe, and Middle East.
Job title: HR Generalist
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
** Staff Recruiting (whole cycle)
** Preparing Job Contracts, orders, business trips and other administrations.
** Preparing payroll, bonuses and all related payments.
** Preparing staff update reports, turnover reports (for Turkey as well)
** Staff reporting on governmental portal (Revenue Service), monthly, daily basis.
** Controlling and updating all standards regarding governmental regulations
** Holiday, sick leave reports, Maternity calculations.
** Insurance
** Job inspection (Law side as well)
** Develop and maintain internal control and effective communication and policies for the set up;
** Control staff Trainee programs, needs and fulfillment.
Required Qualifications:
** Minimum University Degree in related departments,
** At least 2 years` experience as an HR Manager or HR Generalist, in an international retail company (preferred);
** Good knowledge of Georgia Labour code.
** Good knowledge of English (written and Verbal)
Working Hours: Monday-Friday 10:00 18:00
Salary: 3500 Gel (NET)
