About Pave Bank:
Pave Bank is building the next generation of financial infrastructure, combining modern banking with secure, scalable systems operations. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Systems Operations Center IT Support Specialist to join our team in Tbilisi.
Role Overview:
This role is a hybrid of IT support and operations, ensuring our employees have the tools they need while also supporting our banking systems. You will manage laptops and SaaS tools, provide first-line support, and play an active role in monitoring and automating core operations.
Key Responsibilities:
** Manage laptops (Macbook, and some Windows) including ordering, setup, warranty, and support.
** Provide first-line IT support to staff.
** Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.
** Perform software installations and updates.
** Manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems — Jamf for Mac and JumpCloud for Windows.
** Set up and manage user access across Slack, Google Workspace, ClickUp, Tailscale, and other tools.
** Monitor logs and alerts for banking systems.
** Provide first-line support and escalate incidents as required.
** Assist with operational tasks, including automating mail processing.
** Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.
What We`re Looking For:
** 2+ years of IT support or systems operations experience.
** Strong knowledge of MacOS; familiarity with Windows management.
** Experience with MDM solutions (Jamf, JumpCloud, or similar).
** Hands-on experience with SaaS tools (Slack, Google Workspace, ClickUp, etc.).
** Understanding of incident management and escalation processes.
** Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Nice to Have:
** Experience in a financial services or regulated environment.
** Basic scripting/automation skills (e.g., Python, Bash).
** Familiarity with IT compliance and audit frameworks.
