We are looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support our organization by streamlining daily administrative tasks, managing schedules, and facilitating effective communication across departments. This role requires a high level of discretion and professionalism as you will be handling confidential information and assisting in critical decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
** Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents.
** File and retrieve documents and reference materials efficiently.
** Conduct research and analyze data to prepare comprehensive reports.
** Manage executive schedules and appointments effectively.
** Monitor and respond to incoming communications.
** Organize meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and coordinating catering as needed.
** Manage and organize calendars and appointments to optimize executives` time and prioritize the most sensitive matters.
** Handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring clear and effective communication.
** Liaise with internal staff at all levels and interact with external clients and stakeholders.
** Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary.
** Manage monthly office supply orders and inventory.
** Provide general administrative support as required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
** Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a Similar Administrative role is a plus.
** Languages: Georgian (C2 - Native), English (B2).
** Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
** Strong organizational and planning abilities.
** Working knowledge of MS Office
** Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
** High level of discretion and confidentiality.
