JSC Insurance Company Aldagi is looking for a System Administrator to join our team.
Job type: Full-time (10:00-18:00, Monday-Friday)
Location: 16 Anna Politkovskaya Street, Tbilisi (Head Office)
Key Responsibilities:
** Install, configure, and maintain Windows and/or Linux servers (physical and virtual).
** Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, terminal services.
** Administer email systems (e.g., Microsoft Exchange or Microsoft 365).
** Ensure system security through regular updates, patch management, and EDR administration.
** Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis.
** Manage backup and disaster recovery procedures.
** Provide technical support to internal users and assist with escalated IT issues.
** Maintain documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures.
** Collaborate with IT and other departments to plan and implement infrastructure upgrades.
Key Requirements:
** Bachelor`s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field;
** 3+ years of experience as a System Administrator or similar IT infrastructure role.
** Strong knowledge of Windows Server (AD, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP) and/or Linux systems.
** Experience with virtualization platforms VMware, KVM, Hyper-V...
** Familiarity with cloud environments (Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS) is a plus.
** Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls).
** Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
** Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
** Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE, CompTIA Server+, VMware, Azure Administrator) preferred.
