We are pleased to announce an opening for the position of Corporate Sales Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
** Develop and maintain relationships with clients to produce individual/group business
** Proactively seek new business
** Assist the Director of Sales with sales and marketing budget and forecasting
** Prepare and send offers, close group offer follow-ups, contracts, and administer the system procedures (OPERA) to meet the short, medium, and long-term revenue needs of the hotels
** Accurately prepare and present requests for proposals for both the client and hotel to receive a good value
** Correspond with assigned accounts regularly to update all relevant information required
** Promote the Hotel and its facilities at all times
** Responsible for necessary monthly statistics and analysis
** Conduct site inspection for potential guests and decision-makers
** Monitor industry trends and market competitors to support sales goals
** Perform other reasonable job duties as the Director of Sales requests.
Requirements:
** Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in a similar position
** Knowledge of English, additional language knowledge would be an advantage
** Enthusiastic, organized, and a team player
** Strong communication skills
