OXIMIO is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Responsible Pharmacist.
40 hrs per week
Work location: office/warehouse based/Tbilisi
Responsibilities
** The Responsible Pharmacist is guided by the health care laws of Georgia, laws and regulations that regulate the activities of the governance bodies and health institutions, and the organization of the pharmaceutical service
** Providing population and health care facilities with medicines and other medical supplies
** Controlling the quality of medicines and each operational process including outbounds, inbounds, returns, labelling, destruction, recalls and any other warehouse operations processes, in the Warehouse
** Maintaining business accounting and reporting
** Conducting an inventory of material assets
** Controlling and keeping records of the amplitudes and requirements of the Ministry of Health of Georgia
** Performing the input check of the medical products that are shipped to the depot
** Controlling and performing item-quantitative accounting of the medicinal products approved by the Ministry of Health of Georgia
** Controlling and informing on the terms of the storage of medicines that expired/ended
** Allowing and controlling the relabelling of the expiry dates of medicines
** Accounting for the Certificate of Analysis and documentation for the chemical compound of the medicines
** Following the principles of the medical deontology (ethics)
** Constantly improving his/her professional level
** Meeting the requirements of SOP, WI
** Participating in the SOP, and WI development according to the job description
** Executing other tasks entrusted by the management
Qualification and Experience:
Qualification
** The Responsible Pharmacist of the higher qualification shall have completed a university degree (master, specialist) by field of study "Pharmacy", with the speciality "Pharmacy"
** Professional qualification "Responsible Pharmacist of a general structure" (internship, specialization courses). Advanced training (postgraduate course, traineeship, pre-certification courses, etc.) The availability of the Certificate of Responsible Pharmacist Specialist and certificate of confirmation
Experience: Relevant work experience for over 2 years
