We are pleased to announce an opening for the position of Bar Supervisor.
Duty Station: Tbilisi, Georgia.
Type of Appointment: Full time.
Estimated Start Date: As soon as possible.
Duties and responsibilities:
** Oversee overall daily bar operations.
** Assists the Food and Beverage Manager in controlling and analyzing on an ongoing basis the following:
** Quality levels of service
** Guest satisfaction
** Bar requisitions & stock control
** Induction, monitoring and ongoing training of casual bar staff.
** Maintain the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the bar, server, display, glassware, and tables.
** Assists the Food and Beverage Manager with the compilation of beverage lists.
** Order weekly alcohol supplies and accept deliveries.
** Attends and contributes to weekly Food and Beverage Departmental meetings.
** Assumes the responsibilities of the Food and Beverage Manager in his/her absence.
Requirements:
** At least one year of work experience as a Supervisor or Head Bartender
** Knowledge of English
** Excellent communication skills
