HawX is an young innovative company, that offers various services to companies.
We`re looking for a Data Analyst with good technical skills ready to communicate and work with teammates at projects.
Location: Vazha-Pshavela ave. Tbilisi.
Responsibilities:
** Helping develop reports and analysis
** Generating reports from single or multiple systems
** Troubleshooting the reporting database environment and reports
** Preparing target groups for similar promos
** Understand and profiling players to create sophisticated customer segmentation and tailored offers
** Analysis of campaign results
** Setting accurate promo KPI`s and specifying what KPI`s are relevant for the promo
** Integrating quantitative data of CRM communications (SMS, Pop Up, Mail) into the report for better understanding of customer involvement
** Good knowledge of English language
Qualifications:
** 1+ year of hands-on experience in data analysis or BI
** Strong Excel skills
** Working knowledge of Power BI (DAX basics, data modeling, visuals)
** Familiarity with SQL (joins, filtering, aggregations; ability to write/read queries)
** Solid analytical and problem-solving mindset
** Detail-oriented with high data quality standards
