Role Overview:
The Giveaways Manager will be responsible for organizing and managing all aspects of giveaways and promotional contests for our events. This role is key to driving engagement, building excitement, and ensuring smooth execution of prize-related activities before, during, and after events.
Responsibilities:
** Plan, organize, and oversee giveaway campaigns and prize draws.
** Source, purchase, and manage inventory of giveaway items within budget.
** Coordinate with the marketing team to promote giveaways on social media and at events.
** Manage on-site distribution of prizes and ensure a smooth process for participants.
** Keep accurate records of giveaway stock, winners, and campaign outcomes.
** Provide feedback and suggestions to improve future giveaway activities.
Requirements:
** Strong organizational and time-management skills.
** Basic understanding of promotions, events, or marketing.
** Good communication and interpersonal skills.
** Attention to detail and ability to track budgets.
** Reliable, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team.
