Position: Head of HR
Key Responsibilities:
** Lead all pre-opening HR activities including HR/payroll system setup, workforce planning, and mass recruitment.
** Develop, implement, and annually review SOPs for HR across the property.
** Partner with executive leadership to shape organizational culture, engagement, and talent management strategies.
** Oversee staffing needs, recruitment processes, and onboarding initiatives for all departments.
** Support pre-opening with payroll structures, training programs, and workforce readiness.
** Develop fast-track programs for local talents to prepare high-potential employees for leadership roles.
** Monitor performance management processes and ensure timely appraisals and feedback.
** Introduce learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
** Conduct the annual People Survey and implement engagement strategies based on results.
** Ensure compliance with Georgian labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
** Oversee HR Quality Assurance Programs to measure and improve HR standards.
** Monitor HR and training statistics and prepare executive summary reports for leadership.
** Conduct internal HR audits to assess compliance, efficiency, and progress toward HR objectives.
** Promote ethical practices, occupational health and safety, and employee well-being across the property.
Qualifications:
** Proven experience in HR leadership within hospitality or service industries.
** Strong knowledge of local labor legislation, HR best practices, and talent management strategies.
** Strategic thinking with the ability to drive organizational culture initiatives.
** Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
** Native level of Georgian language; fluency in English; Russian/Turkish desirable.
