We are looking for a Hotel Maintenance Engineer for our international hotel chain (2 properties)
About the company
An international hotel chain is looking for a skilled engineer responsible for the uninterrupted operation of engineering systems across two hotel properties (some functions are supported by an external technical team).
Responsibilities:
** Operation and maintenance of hotel engineering systems (power supply, water and gas supply, ventilation and air conditioning, boilers up to 100 kW, plumbing, elevators, kitchen and laundry equipment);
** Adjustment and servicing of automation systems and controllers;
** Diagnostics and troubleshooting, performing minor and medium repairs;
** Cooperation with contractors (technical specifications, supervision, acceptance of work);
** Monitoring and optimization of energy consumption;
** Compliance with occupational health and fire safety regulations.
Requirements:
** Higher technical education (preferred);
** Certification for hazardous works, admission to electrical installations;
** Knowledge of engineering systems operation (electrical, boilers, ventilation, air conditioning, elevators, plumbing);
** Skills in diagnostics, repair, adjustment, and ability to read technical diagrams;
** Responsibility, discipline, no bad habits.
Conditions:
** One position covering two hotels;
** Work schedule: 9:00-18:00 (flexible/negotiable);
** Salary — to be discussed during the interview;
** Non-standard working hours may be required in case of emergencies.
