We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional for the position of Head of Warehouse Operations in Tbilisi, Avchala street 49.
Key Responsibilities:
** Oversee and optimize daily warehouse operations.
** Ensure efficient space utilization and compliance with company standards.
** Maintain safety and quality standards in collaboration with the Health & Safety Officer.
** Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of all warehouse equipment and vehicles (e.g., forklifts, transport vehicles).
** Manage and accurately track both commercial and non-commercial inventory.
** Loss Prevention: Accounting and control of inventory and product movement. Provision of space and human resources required for inventories.
** Define and implement policies for optimal use of warehouse space, in coordination with other departments (e.g., items classification: for dispatch, sale, or disposal).
** Accounting and reporting of the turnover of items in the warehouse: identification of long-delayed and constantly moving items.
** Team management: assign tasks, foster employee growth, and maintain motivation.
** Collaborate with logistics, inventory management, procurement, and sales teams.
** Manage and continuously optimize the warehouse budget.
** Participate in the implementation of new processes and technologies.
** Communicate with property management when necessary to ensure continuity of services (heating, cooling, security, etc.).
Key Requirements:
** Bachelor`s degree, preferably in a technical field.
** Minimum of 3 years` experience in a management role in warehouse, inventory, or logistics operations.
** Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
** Proficiency in MS office.
** Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
** Ability to research, analyze and process information effectively.
** Strong problem-solving skills.
** Initiative and ability to make decisions independently.
** Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
** Energetic, goal-oriented, and highly motivated.
** Strong results-driven approach.
