About the Role
As a Tracking Agent, you will monitor active loads and be the live link between drivers, customers, and our internal team—confirming statuses, updating ETAs, and documenting every milestone to keep shipments on time and clients informed.
Who We`re Looking For
** Positive, proactive, and eager to learn
** Strong English (spoken & written) and great phone etiquette
** Calm under pressure; excellent multitasking and attention to detail
** Comfortable with computers and fast typing; basic Excel/Google Sheets skills
** Familiarity with U.S. geography/time zones is a plus
What You Can Expect
** Working Hours: Saturday-Sunday, 09:00-21:00
** Compensation: Base salary 800
