We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. You`ll be responsible for managing and optimizing our Meta Ads campaigns to generate high-quality leads from foreign investors in Georgia.
Responsibilities:
** Campaign Management: Build, launch, and manage all Meta Ads campaigns from start to finish.
** Targeting & Strategy: Develop and implement effective targeting strategies to reach foreign real estate investors.
** Ad Creative & Copy: Create compelling ad creatives and write persuasive copy that drives engagement and conversions.
** Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve key metrics like cost per lead and return on ad spend (ROAS).
** Reporting: Provide regular reports on campaign performance and insights.
What We`re Looking For:
** Proven Experience: A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads, with a clear focus on real estate or investor-focused campaigns.
** Expert Knowledge: A deep understanding of advanced targeting strategies, including lookalike audiences, custom audiences, and interest-based targeting.
** Results-Driven: A track record of achieving measurable results and a passion for driving ROI.
** Team Player: A reliable and communicative individual who can work independently and collaborate with our team.
** Local Market Knowledge:Experience with the Georgian real estate market is a strong plus.
Compensation:
This role offers a flexible and competitive compensation package:
** Retainer: A base monthly retainer based on your experience.
** Performance-Based Commission: A commission structure tied directly to the results you generate, rewarding you for successful campaigns and high-quality leads.
