Job Summary:
Barnovi Boutique Hotel is seeking a skilled and energetic Barista to join our team. As the morning face of our hotel, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, arranging and serving breakfast, and ensuring guests enjoy a pleasant start to their day. This role requires both professionalism and creativity, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and teamwork.
Responsibilities:
** Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages to standard, using professional Italian espresso machine.
** Arrange and serve morning breakfast, ensuring a fresh and appealing presentation.
** Provide attentive table service and maintain a clean and welcoming breakfast area.
** Calibrate and maintain the espresso machine and other barista equipment daily.
** Create an inviting and friendly atmosphere for guests, offering excellent customer service.
** Collaborate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
** Assist with light cleaning duties, ensuring hygiene and presentation standards are met.
** Perform under pressure while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.
** Coffee art skills are considered a plus.
Qualifications:
Skills:
** Fluency in Georgian, English, and Russian is mandatory.
** Proven ability to professionally operate and calibrate espresso machines.
** Strong teamwork, attentiveness, and a supportive personality.
** Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
** Excellent communication and guest service skills.
** Knowledge of coffee preparation standards and passion for hospitality.
Education & Experience:
** Previous barista experience is required.
** Experience in hospitality or customer service is highly desirable.
Other Requirements:
** Preferred: Female, young, and energetic.
** Professional appearance and demeanor.
Job Schedule:
** 4 shifts per week
** 8 hours per shift
** 07:00-15:00
Salary: 1000 - 1200 GEL, based on experience and skills.
