SavvY is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Engagement Manager - Financial Reporting Division.

Location: Tbilisi
Type: Full-Time, 9:00-18:00

Role Summary:

Engagement Managers in the Financial Reporting Division lead complex financial reporting projects across diverse clients, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables aligned with (International Financial Reporting Standards) IFRS and consulting standards. They manage internal teams and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to the division`s service innovation and SavvY`s consulting growth.

Key Responsibilities:

** Lead and manage end-to-end financial reporting projects, including client onboarding, project planning, execution, and final delivery.
** Oversee team workflows, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure smooth, replicable internal processes that meet deadlines and quality expectations.
** Act as primary client contact, maintaining strong communication, leading diagnostic interviews, and identifying evolving client needs and cross-selling opportunities.
** Oversee the review and, when necessary, contribute directly to the preparation of IFRS-compliant financial statements, accounting policies, and supporting documentation; perform technical procedures where necessary.
** Ensure technical accuracy and quality of deliverables through final reviews and adherence to SavvY`s consulting framework and client expectations.
** Collaborate cross-divisionally with Financial Analysis and Strategic Planning teams on integrated consulting assignments.
** Mentor and develop junior staff, enhancing their technical and consulting capabilities through guidance, feedback, and on-the-job learning.
** Contribute to service development, including refining internal methodologies, tools, and reporting templates.
** Participate in business development, including proposal preparation, client scoping, and identifying potential leads or upselling opportunities.
** Represent SavvY externally through participation in industry forums, trainings, and events, and contribute thought leadership on financial reporting trends.
** Provide insights to executive leadership on client feedback, industry developments, and opportunities to innovate service offerings.

Required Skills:

** Expertise in advanced financial reporting.
** Strong project management skills with experience leading reporting engagements in the past.
** Ability to design and refine client reporting packages, dashboards, and templates.
** Deep understanding of accounting standards and local regulatory frameworks.
** Understanding of tax regulations and ability to identify their implications in financial reporting.
** Skilled in managing teams and reviewing deliverables with a consulting lens.
** Strong business writing, communication, and client advisory skills.
** Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and project-based consulting assignments.
** Fluent in English and Russian, with the ability to represent SavvY in client meetings and proposals.
