We`re looking for talented Marketing Projects Manager to help us reach the next level.
Summary:
The Marketing Projects Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all marketing-related projects across the SEO, Community Management, Affiliate Management, Media Buying, Advertising, Graphic Design, and UX/UI Design teams. This role ensures alignment between teams, timely delivery of campaigns, efficient resource allocation, and visibility of project status through centralized dashboards and a single workspace. The Marketing Projects Manager will play a key role in improving communication, optimizing workflows, and ensuring that all marketing initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination & Management:
** Plan, organize, and manage marketing projects from concept to completion across all teams (SEO, Community Management, Affiliate Management, Media Buying, Advertising, Graphic Design, UX/UI Design).
** Develop and maintain a unified marketing project calendar to ensure deadlines are met.
** Facilitate regular progress meetings with team leads to track milestones, dependencies, and risks.
Monitoring & Reporting:
** Build and maintain project dashboards to monitor progress, KPIs, and deadlines in a single workspace.
** Provide regular performance and progress reports to the Head of Marketing and other stakeholders.
** Identify potential delays or bottlenecks and proactively suggest solutions.
Workflow Optimization:
** Ensure smooth collaboration between marketing sub-teams to avoid silos.
** Implement project management best practices, tools, and templates for efficiency.
** Continuously review and refine processes to improve delivery times and campaign quality.
Communication & Stakeholder Management:
** Serve as the central contact point for all marketing project updates.
** Coordinate with external partners, agencies, and vendors when needed.
** Communicate clearly with stakeholders about project timelines, deliverables, and changes.
Requirements:
** Bachelor`s degree in Marketing, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
** Proven experience (3+ years) managing marketing projects in a multi-team environment.
** Strong understanding of marketing functions including SEO, community management, affiliate marketing, media buying, advertising, and design.
** Proficiency in project management tools as Jira and dashboard tools as Tableau.
** Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
** Strong analytical skills and ability to work with KPIs and performance data.
** Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
