Akumen Group is pleased to announce a vacancy for the position of Sales Manager in English.
The Sales Manager is the main point of contact between the company and its clients.
The primary task is to deepen customer relationships and turn them into long-term partnerships that ensure the business goals of both parties are achieved.
Responsibilities:
** Consulting clients in English regarding the company`s products and services
** Developing sales strategies
** Meeting daily and monthly targets
Skills & Competencies:
** Call center experience is required
** Industry experience or additional call center experience is considered an advantage
** Stable employment history
** Strong communication skills
** Ability to handle objections and persuade
** Goal-oriented mindset
** English language proficiency at least at C1 level
** Availability to start work immediately
Working Hours & Benefits:
** On-site work, full-time
** Working hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Monday to Friday, 5/2)
** Location: Tbilisi
** Base salary + commissions
