We are seeking a visionary, hands-on Chief Executive Officer to lead Paysera Bank Georgia through its next stage of growth. We are looking for a proven leader with deep financial sector expertise, strategic insight, and the ability to deliver results within a regulated banking environment.
Your key responsibilities:
** Lead with vision - Develop and execute a strategic plan in line with the Supervisory Board`s direction;
** Run daily operations - Ensure efficient, compliant, and client-focused banking services;
** Drive compliance - Maintain full adherence to National Bank of Georgia and international banking standards;
** Oversee financial performance - Manage budgets, profitability, and capital requirements;
** Inspire leadership - Build and mentor a high-performing management team;
** Foster relationships - Engage with regulators, shareholders, and key stakeholders;
** Manage risk - Identify and mitigate operational and strategic risks.
What we`re looking for:
** Reputation & Integrity - No record of economic crimes; proven ethical leadership;
** Education - Higher degree in economics, finance, banking, business administration, auditing, accounting, law, IT, or a relevant field;
** Experience - At least 5 years of senior managerial experience in the financial sector;
** Competencies - Strategic thinking, decisive leadership, negotiation, and governance expertise;
** Independence - Able to make objective decisions without conflicts of interest;
** Regulatory Compliance - Meets NBG limits on concurrent positions; eligible to be a Georgian tax resident within 7 months;
** You`ve successfully led a commercial bank or major financial institution, delivering sustainable growth and navigating complex regulatory landscapes. You`re resilient, results-driven, and uphold the highest ethical standards.
