We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
Risk Identification & Assessment:
** Continuously monitor online gaming operations and player behavior to identify potential risks, including fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, and problem gambling.
** Analyze player data in depth to identify trends and unusual activity patterns, providing insights and actionable recommendations to minimize risk.
** Develop and implement strategies to prevent and detect fraudulent activities.
Risk Mitigation & Strategy:
** Oversee the monitoring of financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, etc.) to detect suspicious or unusual activity.
** Work closely with teams (Payments, Compliance, Customer Service) to ensure a holistic approach to risk management.
** Ensure all operations comply with relevant gaming regulations and policies, including anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gambling requirements.
** Conduct technical audits to validate game mechanics and payout structures.
Compliance & Regulatory Oversight:
Stay up-to-date with global gambling regulations, ensuring compliance with licensing requirements and best practices.
Develop policies to comply with gaming laws, focusing on responsible gambling and anti-money laundering measures.
Investigate risk incidents, propose corrective actions, and ensure proper reporting and follow-up procedures are in place.
Reporting & Data Analysis:
** Prepare regular risk reports and present findings to senior management, ensuring transparency in all casino-related risks.
** Use data analysis tools to provide actionable insights on reducing fraud, improving player experience, and enhancing platform security.
Collaboration & Training:
** Work closely with other departments (IT, Compliance, Customer Service, Payments) to integrate risk management strategies across all business functions.
** Provide training and guidance on risk management practices, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
** Manage and lead diverse, high-performing teams focused on identifying and mitigating risks.
Required Skills:
** Familiarity with transaction monitoring systems, risk management tools, and CRM systems.
** Strong leadership skills, with experience managing high-performing teams.
** Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
** Ability to communicate complex information clearly, both written and verbally.
** Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
** In-depth understanding of gambling platform components such as game engines, payment systems, user account management, and regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications:
** Extensive experience in online gaming risk management, including game mechanics and player behavior analysis.
** Deep knowledge of online casino operations, including gaming products, payment systems, and bonus structures.
** Strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements, particularly in iGaming (e.g., AML, KYC).
** Experience with fraud detection systems and tools.
** Expertise in using Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
** Strong knowledge of market-specific risk trends in iGaming and the ability to adapt strategies accordingly.
