Spectrum is a fully integrated Design-Build firm based in Tbilisi, Georgia, offering comprehensive services in Architecture, Interior Design, Master Planning, and Construction Management. We specialize in creating and delivering unique, bespoke projects for commercial and residential sectors worldwide.
We are currently seeking an Interior Designer with proven expertise in design. In this key role, you will contribute significantly to our creative capabilities and actively engage in all stages of project development, from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
** Contribute to the development of the project vision, including conceptual sketches and design reports;
** Participate in the design process from concept through construction documentation, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and adherence to the design intent;
** Prepare and develop drawings, models, and other design-related documents;
** Participate in client meetings to discuss design requirements for new constructions, alterations, or refurbishments;
** Coordinate design aspects with other disciplines, subconsultants, and stakeholders;
** Prepare project documents in compliance with industry standards and project requirements, including multidisciplinary drawings, design reports, and technical specifications;
** Assist in preparing discipline-specific drawings for submission to statutory authorities, ensuring compliance with local and international codes, regulations, and submission requirements;
** Develop and document projects using Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.
Requirements:
** Minimum Bachelor`s degree in Architecture;
** At least 5 years of experience in Interior design, focusing on small to medium-scale projects;
** Proven experience managing projects from concept to detailed design across various project types (residential, commercial, hospitality);
** Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD;
** Proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, Word, Excel, and Outlook;
** A comprehensive understanding of building codes, regulations, and submission requirements;
** Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously;
** Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a proven track record of collaborative work with clients and team members.
