The Events Marketing plays a key supporting role in Red Bull`s sports, culture, and field marketing efforts. This junior-level position focuses on the technical setup and operation of Red Bull tools and equipment at 3rd party and owned events, while also contributing to strategic event planning and execution. The role ensures Red Bull`s presence is consistently innovative, impactful, and on-brand.
The Specialist reports directly to the Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
** Event Support & Technical Setup: Provide hands-on technical support at Red Bull`s owned and 3rd party, including the operation and maintenance of Red Bull event vehicles and tools.
** Project Execution: Support execution of selected projects, contribute to event planning, and manage parts of larger activations.
** Strategic Input: Assist in evaluating and selecting relevant 3rd party events and proposing innovative Red Bull owned event concepts.
** Communication & Brand Representation: Act as an informed and professional Red Bull representative at events, answering consumer inquiries and promoting the brand message.
** Event Vehicle Operations: Drive, maintain, and activate Red Bull`s Event Vehicle with top-level brand appearance and functionality, ensuring equipment readiness and vehicle safety.
** Tool & Inventory Management: Manage storage, maintenance, logistics, and reporting of event tools and materials.
** Reporting: Deliver monthly reports related to 3rd party event activity and tool usage.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
** Strong technical mindset with practical hands-on skills
** Excellent organizational and time management abilities
** Strong communication and interpersonal skills
** Basic knowledge of event production and logistics
** Comfortable driving large branded vehicles (valid driving license required)
** Creativity and flexibility in problem-solving
** Interest in sports, culture, and Red Bull`s brand values
** Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
