We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Tbilisi, Georgia! In this role, you`ll support the Administrative Manager and Department Director in a range of day-to-day activities, ensuring smooth operations and efficient administrative support. Responsibilities:
** Provide regular administrative support to the Department Director and assist in coordinating office operations.
** Maintain an organized office environment by managing both physical and digital files accurately and promptly.
** Oversee office supply purchases and collaborate with external vendors to ensure timely delivery of necessary items.
** Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, packages, and documents, ensuring they are processed efficiently.
** Support day-to-day operational tasks across departments, responding to administrative requests in a timely manner.
** Represent the company in communications with public institutions, banks, and other external organizations, providing follow-up as needed.
** Liaise with the external bookkeeper to prepare and transfer required documents within set deadlines.
** Participate in testing updates to the internal payroll system, report issues, and contribute suggestions for improvements.
** Identify potential administrative challenges and propose solutions to prevent disruptions.
** Perform additional duties assigned by the supervisor to help maintain smooth office operations.
Your competencies:
** Good command of English, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
** University degree or final-year student.
** Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
** Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
** Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
** Reliability and a proactive attitude.
** Understanding of national laws and codes, along with basic familiarity with legal and HR paperwork, is considered a strong asset.
** Prior experience is not mandatory.
