We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Support Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling transactions, and ensuring compliance with KYC and AML procedures. Client support operator will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base, increasing user engagement, and positioning the company as a trusted leader in the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry.

Key Responsibilities:

** Excellent communication skills.
** Greeting clients at the physical office and explaining procedures.
** Providing consultations on conversion conditions (USDT/USDC ⇄ GEL).
** Identifying clients in accordance with the company`s KYC policy.
** KYC Process Execution: Receiving, verifying, and recording documents necessary for client identification according to internal rules (ID, proof of address, facial verification, if needed).
** Documentation & Internal Compliance, adhering to internal protocols Maintaining confidentiality of client information in accordance with company policy.
** Transaction administration: Managing the process of receiving cryptocurrency and converting it into GEL in accordance with internal protocols.
** Clearly recording all financial and digital details (exchange rate, amount, time).
** Documenting the process in the system (manually or digitally).
** Responding to client inquiries via various channels.
** Redirecting complex requests to the AML Officer or General Manager when necessary.
** Collecting and systemizing client feedback.

Qualifications and Skills:

** Excellent communication skills - friendly tone, precise answers.
** High level of responsibility for transactions - attention to detail is critical to avoid financial risks.
** Digital literacy: Basic CRM or Google Sheets skills, email, WhatsApp Business.
** Strict adherence to confidentiality.

Basic knowledge of KYC processes:

** Understanding stages of client identification.
** Ability to verify documents.
** Correct data entry into systems.
** Ability to escalate suspicious cases to the AML Officer.
** Languages: Georgian (required), English (B1), Russian (B1).
