ExpatHub Legal and Tax is a Tbilisi-based law firm. We provide legal and tax services to foreign businesses and individuals who have relocated to Georgia or have a branch office here.
We are looking for an English-speaking Junior Customer Happiness Assistant. Your primary role will be working side by side with our team to assist with non-legal matters, focusing on customer service.
Location: 35 Lavrenti Ardaziani street, Saburtalo, Tbilisi, Georgia, 0160.
Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 09:00-18:00. Friday - fully remote.
Salary: Your monthly gross salary will be GEL 1, 400 (net approx. GEL 1, 100).
Job description:
** Issuing invoices & tracking payments.
** Updating the company`s CRM.
** Communicating with clients.
** Assisting the Customer Happiness Department with other relevant tasks.
** Carrying out other responsibilities necessary to hold the Employee`s position effectively.
Qualifications & Personal qualities:
** Detail orientation.
** Excellent written & verbal English.
** Ability to communicate effectively.
** Good teamwork and time management.
** General computer skills.
