We are Groove Technologies, a technology-focused company offering an innovative iGaming platform and game aggregator to operators worldwide.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a experienced QA Manual Tester who will also support customer integration tasks. The ideal candidate will perform manual quality assurance testing on games from new external suppliers and on newly developed features, while assisting in the integration process of new customers into the Back Office (BO) system.
Responsibilities:
** Execute manual testing for supplier games and internal features, including functional, regression, compatibility, and usability tests.
** Report bugs clearly using test cases and follow up on resolutions.
** Coordinate with product and development teams to verify issue fixes.
Support the customer integration process by:
** Requesting configuration details from suppliers.
** Validating configurations and updating customer settings in the BO system.
** Track integration progress and perform fundamental end-to-end integration testing.
Required Qualifications:
** 1+ years of experience in manual QA testing, ideally in gaming or software environments.
** Familiarity with software development and testing lifecycles (SDLC/STLC), including test plan creation and execution.
** Solid communication skills for collaborating with external suppliers and updating BO configurations.
Nice-to-Have:
** Experience with integration testing or handling configuration setups.
** Familiarity with defect tracking systems (e.g. JIRA, Bugzilla) and test case management tools.
** Understanding of regression testing and test case documentation.
